As the vice president of the Hairdressers Association, Sabit Akkaya started her hairdressing career in 1975 in Nişantaşı. With the opening of Swissôtel in 1991, it offers services to its customers in their hotel space.  After his successful rise in hotel hairdressing, Sabit Akkaya created his own brand in 2014.

In addition to being the first Turkish hairdresser to style hair at the 72nd Cannes Film Festival, Sabit Akkaya has worked with Turkey's most famous and most successful fashion designers in the backstages of Fashion Week, participated in beauty contests and made her mark on fashion studies, magazines, television and trend shoots. He served as a jury member in many important competitions. Akkaya, who was most recently awarded the 'Lifetime Honor Award' in March 2021, believes in the power of social responsibility projects and continues to work with increasing enthusiasm by contributing and supporting important projects.
